Buy a Family Plaque! Only $25!

Beautiful engraved plaques will adorn the Crestmont Stage, Custom-Built Benches and Garden at Crestmont School.  The plaques will be engraved with your own personal message.

Family and Friends may purchase one or more Family Plaques to:

• Provide a lasting gift for someone you love, a spouse, a child, or a grandchild.
• Honor or memorialize a friend, a mentor, a hero or a special teacher.
• Acknowledge and celebrate our wonderful school.

Purchasing a plaque is a two-step process:

1. Plaque text: Send your plaque text to Alyssa Nevin. Plaques may consist of 2 or 3 lines of whatever you want per line, although the more words  the smaller the font size.  Please PRINT CLEARLY. The text will automatically be centered.
2. Plaque payment: Please select “Plaque” from the form below to remit $25.00 to Crestmont School via PayPal. Even if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay by credit card through their site.
