Learning Specialist

Mike holds a Masters of Education and a certificate in Educational Therapy (ET) from Holy Names University. He has worked as an ET at the Ann Martin Center in Piedmont and at the Raskob Learning Institute in Oakland. As a Learning Specialist, Mike is passionate about supporting students in their areas of challenge and building pride in their strengths. He is available to assist all Crestmont students who struggle with learning differences and other barriers to academic achievement. A Berkeley native, Mike lives in Oakland with his daughter, Mia. Together they enjoy swimming, bike riding and ice skating.
