Jessica started working at Crestmont in the fall of 2004. She was born and raised in Richmond, right around the corner from Crestmont. She has worked with children since junior high school, when she began teaching piano. Currently, she works as the aide for 1st grade and for the extended care program. Jessica received a double BA from Cal Poly Pomona with degrees in both Theatre and English Education. During the summer she works at the Piedmont Recreation Center. She is very active with the various Renaissance Faires up and down the state and also participates in the Dickens Fair held each year in San Francisco. Her goal is to become a high school English teacher.
Jessica holds a very special place in the hearts of the Crestmont community. Her gentle consistency is truly a treasure for both students and parents. Jessica has a rare ability to stay unruffled in the face of any situation. Her calm and nurturing manner towards the students of Crestmont enhances their feeling that Crestmont is a safe place for them to be themselves, and be accepted for who they are.
